Hotel Chocolat Bring together their offerings on new website

Hotel Chocolat, one of the UK’s original e-tailers, has launched a global digital flagship, bringing together their boutique St. Lucian hotel, chocolate range and Cocoa Juvenate beauty products under one seamless roof.

The new showcases the beauty of cocoa and demonstrates an immersive and user-friendly digital experience, offering quick and easy access to the Hotel Chocolat world. The utility-rich website has been designed with the same resolve as the brand – to deliver an original and authentic luxury sophistication tailored to every customer. And because every person is unique, Hotel Chocolat has ensured that their gifting options are too. The intelligent gifting service means that customers can now design their own bespoke gift bag for a recipient with a personal message, delivered the next day.

The launch further bolsters the brands on-going commitment to excellent customer service, with increased emphasis on user engagement and feedback. Hotel, chocolate and recipe reviews will now all be housed on – placing customer feedback at the heart of the brand. This agile and solid digital platform is a strong foundation for rapid global growth with international and mobile sites to launch in quick succession.

The website boasts a sleek, modern design, acting as a hub for all Hotel Chocolat brands with each represented within a dedicated zone. New features include a click and collect service, market leading gifting options, product reviews, the ability to check in store stock availability and also book a stay in their St. Lucian hotel. There are six zones in total:

  1. Hotel Chocolat – The online shop for the entire chocolate range.
  2. The Chocolate Tasting Club – Online hub for the members-only tasting club – taste and rate new chocolate recipes before anyone else.
  3. Rabot 1745 – Details of the 1745 collection and Rabot Estate, St. Lucia and Borough Market, London, giving an authentic taste of the St. Lucian cocoa plantation as well as cacao-inspired street food.
  4. Roast + Conch – Exclusive cocoa cafés with an all-day menu, brewed cocoa drinks, daily bean roasting and chocolate making. Also included are menus and details of exclusive tasting adventures and supper clubs.
  5. Cocoa Juvenate – Exclusive treatments perfected at the spa of the same name at the Boucan Hotel on St. Lucia.
  6. Boucan – details and booking for the boutique hotel on St. Lucia and fine dining restaurant featuring pioneering cacao cuisine.
