Chocolate Cocktail Drinks
Choc And Nut Martini
- 2 Measures Russian Standard Vodka
- 1 Measure Frangelico Hazelnut Liqueur
- 1 Measure De Kuyper Crème De Cacao - Brown
- ¼ Measure Water
How to make a Choc and Nut Martini
Chill the water.Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass Wipe rim of the glass with orange and dust with cocoa powder.
Chocolate Chip Cookie
- 1 Measure White Rum
- 1 ½ Measures De Kuyper Crème De Cacao - Brown
- 4 Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 3 Scoops Ice Cream (Vanilla)
How to make a Chocolate Chip Cookie
Blend all the ingredients together and pour into a wine glass. Garnish with a sprinkle of cocoa powder
Chocolate Full Moon
- 2 Measures Tequila
- 1 Measure De Kuyper Crème De Cacao - Brown
- 1 Measure Cream
How to make a Chocolate Full Moon
Pour all the ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a cocktail glass.Garnish with chocolate shaving if desired.
Chocolate Ginger Frappe
- Crushed Ice
- 2 heaped tablespoons drinking chocolate
- 3 tablespoons boiling water
- 900ml/ 1 ½ pints chilled milk
- 2 tablespoons Stone's ginger wine (available in most supermarkets)
- 2 tablespoons cream, whipped
How to make Chocolate Ginger Frappe
Cover the bottom of 4 tumblers with crushed ice. Mix the drinking chocolate into a paste using the boiling water. Whisk in the milk and the ginger wine. pour into glasses. Top each one with whipped cream. Serve immediately.

- 2 Measures Bénédictine Dom
- 2 Measures De Kuyper Crème De Cacao – Brown
How to make a Chocolate Monk
Shake both ingredients together with plenty of ice in a cocktail shaker. Serve into a chilled tumbler glass.
Chocolate Orange Martini
- 3 fl oz of Absolut Mandrin vodka
- 1 fl oz of Cointreau
- 1 ½ fl oz of Godiva White Chocolate liqueur
- 1 fl oz of Chocolate vodka
- 2 slice Terry’s Chocolate Orange
- 2 freezing martini glasses
How to make a Chocolate Orange Martini
Pour the alcohol ingredients into a shaker 3/4 full of cracked ice. Shake vigorously for a full minute. Strain your elixir into the martini glasses. Add a Chocolate Orange slice to the rim of each glass.
Death By Chocolate
- 1 Measure Russian Standard Vodka
- 1 Measure De Kuyper Crème De Cacao - Brown
- 1 ½ Measures Amarula Cream
- 3 Scoops Ice Cream (Chocolate)
How to make a Death by Chocolate
Blend all ingredients together with crushed ice and serve. Garnish with shavings of chocolate if desired.
Dutch Chocolate Cups
- 300ml/ ½ pint milk
- 150ml/ ¼ pint fresh single cream
- 150/ ¼ pint water
- 3 heaped tablespoons drinking chocolate
- ¼ bottle of Advocaat (available in any supermarket)
- Cinnamon
How to make a Dutch Chocolate Cup
Pour milk, cream and water into a pan Bring gently to the boil Remove from heat Whisk in the drinking chocolate and Advocaat Pour into four cups Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon Serve immediately
Funky Monkey Banana Martini
- 2 fl oz of Score Banana vodka
- 1 fl oz of Crème de Cacao
- 1 tablespoon of chocolate syrup
- 1 tablespoon of chocolate milk
- 2 tablespoon of chocolate ice cream
- 2 freezing martini glasses
How to make a Funky Monkey Banana Martini
Add your Score Banana vodka and Crème de Cacao to a shaker half full of ice. Shake, shake, and shake for a full minute. Let your shaker rest while you prep your glasses. Add 1 tablespoon of ice cream to each glass. Drizzle the chocolate syrup over the ice cream. Add the chocolate milk to your shaker, and give another ten shakes. Strain your chocolate martini into the glasses.

Layer in the following order: De Kuyper Crème De Cacao - Brown, Disaronno Amaretto, Amarula Cream.
Lady Godiva Chocolate Martini
- 50g/2ozof Godiva Dark Chocolate liqueur
- 2 fl oz of Crème de Cacao
- 2 fl oz of freezing Chocolate vodka
- ½ fl oz milk
- ½ fl oz cream
- 1 tablespoon of shaved white chocolate
- 2 well chilled, classy looking martini glasses
How to make a Lady Godiva Chocolate Martini
Combine the Godiva Chocolate liqueur, Crème de Cacao, and Chocolate vodka into a cocktail shaker half full of cracked ice. Shake for one full minute. Add the cream and milk to the shaker and gently swirl (circular motion). Strain your fine chocolate creation into your martini glasses. Top each martini with shaved chocolate.
Mint Patty Martini
- 3 fl oz of freezing Absolut Pepar vodka
- 2 fl oz of White Crème de Menthe
- 1 tablespoon of Peppermint Schnapps
- 1 fl oz of Godiva Dark Chocolate Liqueur
- 1 hard peppermint sweet like a Fox’s Glacier mint
- 2 freezing martini glasses
How to make a Mint Patty Martini
Add your vodka, Crème de Menthe, and mint sweet to a cocktail shaker ½ full of ice and let the shaker stand for a minute. Give ten good shakes, and add your Godiva Chocolate Liqueur and give another fifteen shakes. Strain your cocktail into the martini glasses. Top each glass with half of the Peppermint Schnapps.
Mocha Amarula Café
- ½ Measure Amarula Cream
- 1 Measure Hot Chocolate
- 1 Measure Strong Black Coffee
How to make a Mocha Amarula Cafe.
Pour the hot chocolate and the hot black coffee into a latte style coffee glass Add the Amarula Cream to the top and stir gently. Sprinkle with chocolate powder if desired.
Obsession
- 1 Measure Disaronno Amaretto
- 1 Measure De Kuyper Crème De Cacao - Brown
- 1 Measure Amarula Cream
- 1 Measure Milk
How to make an Obsession
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Shake with ice and strain into a martini glass.
Out in the Milky Way
- 6 ounces of freezing Absolut Vanil vodka
- 1 Milky Way candy bar sliced into smallish pieces
- 1 tablespoon of sweet chocolate shavings
- 2 slightly chilled Martini glasses.
- A well chilled, stylish martini shaker.
How to make an Out of the Way
Put the sliced candy bar into your microwave oven and heat until it melts. Pour the vodka into your cocktail shaker, which is half full of cracked ice. Shake, shake, shake. A good dozen vigorous shakes should do the trick. Let your shaker rest while you prep your glasses. Spoon 1 teaspoon of the gooey candy bar into the bottom of each glass. Strain the vodka equally (make mine a bit heavier--of course). Top each glass with some chocolate shavings.
Warnik's Cream Egg Shooter
- ½ Measure De Kuyper Crème De Cacao - Brown
- ½ Measure Warninks Advocaat
- ½ Measure Amarula Cream
How to make a Warnik's Creme Egg Shooter
Layer all ingredients together in a shot glass over the back of a spoon.
White Blizzard Chocolate Martini
- 4 fl oz of Absolut Vanil vodka
- 1 fl oz of clear Crème de Cacao
- 2 fl oz of Godet White Chocolate liqueur
- 1 teaspoon of coconut flakes
- 2 freezing martini glasses
Add the vodka to a shaker half full of cracked ice. Shake vigorously for a full minute. Add the white chocolate liqueur, and Crème de Cacao. Swirl the shaker for another full minute, and then let it rest for a minute. Strain your martini into the freezing martini glasses. Each glass gets half of the coconut flakes. Stir each martini gently to start the blizzard!
White Nile Martini
- ½ Measure De Kuyper Triple Sec
- ½ Measure De Kuyper Crème De Cacao - Brown
- 1 Measure Amarula Cream
How to make White Nile Martini
Shake all the ingredients together in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a martini glass garnished with chocolate powder around the rim. Garnish with Maltesers and orange zest if desired.
